A&M Records
From The Carpenters Wiki
A&M Records was a record label founded by Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss (whose last names, when put together, are A&M) in 1962. A&M Records was the only record label to officially sign The Carpenters, who signed the contract on April 22, 1969. A&M Records released all of The Carpenters' singles, albums, and music DVDs (with the exception of Close to You: Remembering the Carpenters).
